The bed that's it.

It was not worth the money, it was a $75 experience. I was the only one checking in, it took 20 minutes. I had booked and paid for a double room I was given a king and told they were booked up. After 20 minutes they did change my room. There was hair in the tub. The remote for the tv did not work. There was nothing special about this hotel, the location was not even that great. Won't be back

I really enjoyed the spacious room and clean accommodations. The hotel is just a short stroll from the beautiful Las Colinas Flower Clock and Toyota Music Factory.

The reception staff were absolutely brilliant. We had an upgrade to a suite and all of the staff wished us a very safe tgrip home. They were all extremely friendly.

My only one complaint was that we left our breakfast request on the door at 10pm & it was to be collected by 2am but was still hanging on the door in the morning. When my husband went down to the hotel cafe/restaurant in the morning he was told it was too late. When he then when to the reception area they sorted our breakfast out for us and it was delivered within 20 mins.

I met up with my husband at your hotel. We were only there the one night but what I liked the most was that my husband was able to get into the room with no difficulty. I called that morning I believe and said I had not mentioned his name at the time I made the reservation so I called just to make sure he would not have to sit in the lobby waiting for me and I am so glad I was able to do this. Thank you. He has not been well and this let him have a nap while I was still flying in. Judy Baxter

We had a lovely evening by the pool and enjoyed cocktails on the sun terrace during our stay. The room was clean and comfy. It was nice to unwind after a long day. The A/C unit made a bit of noise, but it didn't ruin our experience. definitely grab a drink at the bar while you're there! 🍹

The lobby and breakfast were very nice.

Although a good value, the rooms and hallways are not up to the standard that I would expect at a Wyndham hotel. The lobby looked to be a newer remodel, but the hallways and rooms look tired and old.

I liked the ease of access to the highway, and nearby food choices, plus the option of an onsite restaurant/room service. The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean, even though the building is older and beginning to show some wear.

The cloudiness of the pool. Lack of bright lighting in the room. There were just 2 table lamps that provided mood lighting but not overall room light. The tv didn't offer local channels, just movies; but none of these things would keep me from staying here again.

I didn't like that it is listed as 2.7 miles away from the New Texas Stadium and it is over 17 miles away. I did not like that there was no shuttle service and they arranged for a cab that cost 120.00 one way for 4 people to the stadium.

The staff was super nice and the location was very good and centrally located.

Strongly recommend for a speedy visit

Clean room, friendly staff, the bar offered a nice selection of drinks and the free shuttle service was very convenient for getting to nearby attractions.

No complaints.

Amazingly nice and accommodating staff, it was great stay.

Enjoyed Irving, the hotel was nice and stunningly beautiful close to Love Field. The location was marvellous, for example, Mandalay Canal was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue. It was also so close to Dallas, the local shopping outlet and station and Close to convention center.

I enjoyed the friendly interaction with the staff throughout my stay. The room I stayed in offered a spacious layout, which I appreciated.
